*Approval will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Minor variations in color, slight differences in size, and small imperfections such as loose threads, light scratches, minor stains, slight asymmetry, subtle misalignment, or minor tarnishing that do not affect the overall appearance of the item, as well as natural growth textures on pearls, do not qualify as product defects. Please note that pearls are natural, so growth differences and variations in shape are to be expected and are considered part of their unique beauty.
