How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Since all our products are handmade, inventory levels may vary. Here’s what to expect:
- In-Stock Items: If an item is available, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment.
- Made-to-Order Items: If an item is out of stock, we will craft it specially for you. This process may take 7-14 business days before the item is ready for shipping.
If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
How much does the delivery cost?
Domestic Orders (within Singapore or Malaysia):
- $4 or free on all orders over $75 SGD
International Orders:
- International Standard $10 or Free on all orders over $75 SGD
- DHL Express$32 or Free on all orders over $380 SGD
What is the estimated delivery time?
- Domestic Orders (within Singapore or Malaysia): Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
- International Orders: For most destinations, packages should arrive within 3-6 business days with DHL Express, 14-25 days with International registered airmail after you receive your tracking information, though delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

How do I track my package?
Tracking number will be sent to your email after the order has been shipped.
If you haven't received the tracking number for your purchase, please send an email to support@roseandperle.com along with your order number.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you would like to make any changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. You can reach us at support@roseandperle.com. Any changes made after this 24-hour window may incur additional fees, as our jewelers may have already begun crafting your piece.

What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?
If your package does not arrive within one month from the date posted, please contact us. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

What is made-to-order?
Every piece from Rose & Perle is handcrafted just for you. Once you place an order, we begin crafting your item with care and precision, which may result in a slightly longer processing time.
How can I maintain the color of my jewelry?
Gold-plated products will not retain their color permanently; the rate of fading depends on wearing habits. We recommend removing them before bathing, and avoiding prolonged contact with sweat can help extend the color retention time. Silver jewelry does not fade, but it may oxidize and darken over time. You can use the complimentary silver polishing cloth for cleaning.

Is my payment secure?
All personal and payment information you provide is encrypted to ensure your security. We are committed to never sharing or disclosing customer information with any third parties or marketing firms. Online credit/debit card payments are processed directly through the secure payment gateway, PayPal, which does not share your payment details with us.
